As the ship slowly leaves the mouth of the Weser River, you can feel the unique atmosphere of this lovingly restored former mail boat – a journey into maritime history begins.

In the afternoon, the MS Nordstjernen calls at Oostende, the “Queen of the Belgian seaside resorts.” Elegant Belle Époque buildings, wide promenades, and the impressive Church of St. Peter and St. Paul shape the image of this historic coastal city.

In the afternoon, the island of Guernsey appears on the horizon. The MS Nordstjernen anchors off the coast, and the soft evening light casts a nostalgic glow over the scenery. On board, a peaceful maritime atmosphere prevails – a feeling only a classic ship like this can offer.

A full day on Guernsey awaits. The island enchants with rugged cliffs, green valleys, and its charming capital, St. Peter Port. In the evening, the MS Nordstjernen continues its voyage and anchors off the island of Sark.

In the evening, it’s time to set course northward again.
